Q I have other siblings I have to schedule "car-borrowing time" with; can I send requests to multiple email addresses?
A The parent is the only person who can accept or decline requests to borrow the car. Additional drivers can be added to your household, but the parent is the person who makes the decisions on car scheduling requests.

Q What if I know I need to borrow a car at a much later date? How can I add a new event to a new week?
A You can use the "Next Week" tabs on the car scheduling calendar to view calendars for future months, or forward through the calendars on the event request page to submit requests for weeks, months or years in advance.

Q How do I know if my request has been accepted or declined?
A You will receive an email when your parent has made a decision on a request.

Q I don't need the car anymore! How do I delete or edit a request?
A You can edit or delete a request by clicking on the "i" information button in the corner of the event on your household scheduling calendar.

Q How do I find out what the Graduated Drivers License laws are for my state?
A This information can be found in a link on the parent side of the Teen Driving site under "Your Teen & Driving" and "Teen Licensing Laws."

Q My parents and I have come up with some other rules; can we include them in the contract?
A Teens and parents are welcome to add their own ground rules contract, but you will not be able to enter them online at this time.

Q Where can I find out more about driving test terms to better prepare myself for my driving test?
A Visit the teen side of Teen Driving site and the "Test Prep" section for more information to help prepare for your driving test.

Q Where can I find out more about the "post accident" insurance procedures and car repair process?
A This information can be found on the teen side of the Teen Driving site in the "Accidents & Insurance" section.

Q How do I change my email or my parents' emails?
A Each account user can change their email address under the "Manage Your Account" section of the website. Only the account holder can change information related to their account.

Q What is a "household"?
A A "household" is a parent account and related teen accounts that share a car scheduling calendar. There can be multiple teens in a household, but only one parent.

Q How do I create multiple households?
A You can add a household in the "Manage Your Account" section of the site by clicking on "Add New Household", or by clicking on the "New" button on an existing household car scheduling calendar.
